House rules and conditions holiday home Village Le Chat 3
Dear guests, we would like to draw your attention to our house rules and conditions:
When you rent our holiday home, some house rules and conditions apply. Please read this before arrival so that you can enjoy your holiday in France carefree.
1. Pets
Bringing 2 pets is allowed. We would like to ask you to keep your pet on a leash outside the holiday home on the entire property. The dog must be walked outside the park. If there is an accident at the park, this must be cleared up by the owner, because guests after and next to you should not be inconvenienced by this.
The same applies to a cat taken along. A litter box must therefore be brought along for the cat.
The pet must, of course, be well-educated and not cause any damage to the interior.
We do not have baskets, blankets, food bowls, litter boxes for pets. So you have to bring this yourself.
2. The holiday home is non-smoking.
3. Music
It is wonderful to listen to music. Please keep the volume low so other guests are not bordered. However, we would like you to limit the volume after 10 pm.
4. Fire
Do not leave burning candles etc unattended.
5. Visit
If guests come by one day they are welcome.
It is not allowed for the (day) visit to stay overnight without consultation.
Our holiday home is exclusively intended for recreational purposes.
6. Linen and furniture
It is not allowed to take towels, bed linen and/or other bedding (rented from us) outside. The same applies to furniture: what belongs inside should stay there.
Please leave the bed linen and towels in the hall when you leave the house.
7. Departure
On departure, the dishwasher must be emptied and all waste bins emptied, and the waste must be disposed of in the appropriate containers at the North entrance of the Parc. You can throw empty bottles in the bottle bank at the North entrance.
8. Gourmet/Fondue/Barbecue
Indoor frying or gourmet/fondue (and the like) are not allowed due to the rather strong odors (which linger in the house). What is possible (while maintaining the necessary caution) is barbecuing / gourmet on your own terrace. Please do not light the barbecue under the roof.
If these rules are not complied with, we reserve the right to settle them in whole or in part with the deposit.

Arrival and departure
Arrival time on the day of your stay: between 4pm and 8pm.
We will make sure that you are informed on the day of arrival where you will receive the key.
On departure we would like to ask you to leave the key in the key safe. We would like to ask you to leave the house before 11 am on the day of departure.
In case of early departure or late arrival, no refund of part of the amount can be claimed.
Rental agreement
The person in whose name the holiday home is rented is the main tenant, and as such also liable for any damage caused by one of his or her party occupying the holiday home.
The lease is personal and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
Pets
In addition to what is already stated above about the rules that apply to pets, the following: a cat or dog that you want to take with you costs 4 euros per night.
To smoke
Smoking is not allowed inside the holiday home. Outside, on your own terrace, butts should not be thrown on the ground, but should be put away in ashtrays, etc.
