General provisions
Deposit
In the event of defects, we reserve the right to deduct this from you. If you find any damage upon arrival, we ask you to report this immediately, so that we do not hold you liable for it.
Liability
We cannot be held liable for injury and/or damage that occurs during your stay on our site. This also applies to any (noise) nuisance originating from third parties. Even if facilities on the site had to be taken out of use.
Pricing and booking procedure
Price changes are possible for our rates; if there is an error in our booking system, and therefore a different pricing, then this is not binding.
It is not allowed to conduct commercial activities in one of our houses without our written permission.
Reservation
You can book the holiday home for your stay, starting with filling out the reservation form.
Your reservation is final as soon as you have transferred 30% of the total amount. The remaining amount must also be transferred 4 weeks before your arrival.
For bookings made less than 4 weeks in advance, the entire amount must of course be transferred at once.
