Located on a spacious and green holiday park with its own swimming and recreational lake, swimming pools and tennis courts.  Golf international de la Prèze is within walking distance with a beautiful 18-hole course.

From the large covered terrace you can cool down in warm weather through the shade and the breeze over the lake. In any weather, you can watch your companions swimming, fishing or diving from the raft into the water from the terrace outside.

There is also a spacious sun terrace and a play lawn. There is more than enough garden furniture on both terraces. Sunbeds have also been thought of.

The spacious living room (35m2) has a sitting area and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a combi microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and Senseo machine.

Both the living room and the master bedroom have a flat screen TV. Both have a chromecast that allows you to play all your own streaming services. Thanks to the existing fiber optic connection (WiFi), you can be in contact with the whole world. Of course, the board games have also been thought of.

The television in the living room also has a Dutch Canal digital family package, French channels can also be viewed. Of course there is a DVD player, internet radio and a CD player. The bookcase contains several good books.

The hall has access to the 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a separate toilet.

The bathroom has a shower and sink. There is also a washing machine installed. Pets are allowed.
