Holiday house Village Le Chat 3

Our holiday house is a very comfortable 5-person bungalow with a living area of 75m2 (807 sq. ft.).

This beautifully maintained bungalow overlooks a large recreational and fishing lake.

Located on a spacious and green holiday park with its own swimming and recreational lake, swimming pools and tennis courts. 

From the large covered terrace you can cool down in warm weather through the shade and the breeze over the lake. In any weather, you can watch your companions swimming, fishing or diving from the raft into the water from the terrace outside.

There is also a spacious sun terrace and a play lawn. There is more than enough garden furniture on both terraces. Sunbeds have also been thought of.

The spacious living room (35m2, 377 sq. ft.) has a sitting area and dining area. The house has been equipped with air conditioning since the spring of 2026. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a combi microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and Senseo coffee machine.

Both the living room and the master bedroom have a flat screen TV. Both have a Chromecast that allows you to play all your own streaming services. Thanks to the existing fiber optic connection (WiFi), you can be in contact with the whole world. Of course, the board games have also been thought of.

The television in the living room also has a Dutch Canal digital family package, French channels can also be viewed. 

The hall has access to the 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a separate toilet.

The bathroom has a shower and sink. There is also a washing machine installed.

All bedrooms have wardrobes.

Bedroom 1 has a two-person bed 180x200 cm and its own sink.

Bedroom 2 has two single beds 80x200 cm which can be placed together if requested.

Bedroom 3 has a single bed 80x200 cm.

Pets are welcome in the bungalow.
